Default Snow plow

I have a 1983 Honda 4trax with a snow plow. It is attached to two pipes that run front-to-back and appear to be the chassis for the whole atv.

I want to move the plow to my '08 rancher. There is a skid plate welded to the steel pipes so that I can't just use the clamps from the '93. The Skid plate doesn't seem too heavy, and I doubt that it would take the strain from a snowplow. Does anyone have any idea on how to mount the plow?
Thanks,
Tex

Chances are the mount will not transfer to the newer model so....need to find out what type (manufacturer) makes the plow and push tubes attached to the plow and then get that manufacturers mounting plate to fit your newer model atv. Most mounting plates are atv specific to a particular model. If you cant find a mfgrs name plate then mabey a couple pics of the unit and the good foks on this forum may be able to point you in the right direction.
