Your foot brake pedal? or parking brake? Did they work before removal? Did you get grease on it from handling carrier assembly?

Let engine warm up good an yes turn the idle speed adjustment screw until you get the idle you looking for.If have to turn alot like 6 or 8 turn then something wrong like screw to short or you could have fuel and air mixture wrong or air leak

No theres no grease on it. I cant even see the caliper clise against the disc. Does it take brake fluid and if so where does it go

Yes brake fluid dot 3 or 4 be fine. hard to say were the fluid is going, do you see an leak or fluid on ground or pavement? leak at master cylinder or caliper?
