sorry to hear about it. i am 15 myself(soon to be 16) but i never ride without a helmet and never without all my riding gear when i'm on the track. i have to be thankful for my helmet a few times. i can't stand to see people riding without helmets.

Not only has this boy hurt himself,he has not benifited the ATV world one bit.All ATV related accidents are reported to the CPSC [consumer product safety commission].They are the ones that play a large part for STRICTER ATV regulations we riders now have on ATVs.Keep filling up the ER rooms with ATV patients,we all soon will be riding our ATVs in our backyards.

Hopefully he's alright. The only bone in your body that cannot heal itself is your skull, never again will I ride without a helmet, I have a crack going from my eyebrow up over my forehead down to my temple.. dosent bother me but I've gotta be xtra careful, one wrong slam and it could be all over. Dont like to preach but once your head is broken its broken, only thing they can do is throw a metal plate in there or something...

I think that riding a quad without a helmet is not only stupid, its plain retarted. Anyone who rides a quad without a helmet should not even be allowed to ride a quad at all!
