You will be a little cramped, but the only way to know is to go and ride one.

Do you like an auto-clutch? If so, this would be a good choice. There is another auto-clutch machine out.... Kawasaki Lakota Sport, 300cc. The reviews say that the Honda is a better choice, and its a little less money.

If you don't have any problems with a clutch, (you feel comfortable using one), you might consider spending the money on the 300EX. You will not outgrow it as fast, it has more power, is sportier.

It all depends on what YOU like, what you feel is comfortable, Im 6'3 165 and ride a blaster without a problem, Im a little big for it (so they say) but I like it cuz I can REALLY throw it around. The blaster and 250ex are about the same size.

To tell you the truth, NO!! I think that they kind of suck but if you want an auto-clutch than it is probably the way to go. If not than I would buy something more like a blaster or 300EX,or Mojave. I own a mojave and they are pretty fun, even though I want a 2-stroke. Just because you are a beginner does not mean that you have to buy a beginner quad. My first dirtbike was a CR250 which I bought last year and I'm only 14. So go borrow a friends quad with a clutch, learn how to use it and then go test ride the quads you are interested in to se what you like

I'm 6 foot, 14, 160 pounds, and I'm going for a 400ex. Why buy a quad that your gonna outgrow in a couple of months, just get 1 to learn on, but has potential for experienced riders.
