Hello I知 rebuilding my 300ex with a wiseco high compression piston 11:1 with stock bore I知 just wondering if I知 good to run stock cam and valves I believe I値l be able to run on 93 octane just not sure about the jetting ether for it stock carb on it as well wit stock jets right now the thing was spitting and sputtering and it just kept getting worse to the point of not being able to ride after messing with air fuel and jet sizes and taking the valve inspection cover off I saw the valve lash on the exhaust side was way off so I知 just goin to redo everything in hopes to race hopefully by fall. If u could give any info on jetting for higher compression (stock exhaust and stock air box not cut) any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you!!

 

stock exhaust and air box might be a choke point for the high compression piston, just guessing
