good deal on a 250r

I have a chance to get a 250r and Id like to know if it is a good deal.First of its an 1988 250r with yz blue fullbore plastic,fmf pipe,works front shocks,
rear turf tamers,front car tires,nerf bars,the engine is is ported and polished,he was asking $4200 but he'll give it to me for $3800.Is that a good deal?
