I have a 1983 200E Honda three wheeler I can’t roll it forward when trike is off but I can roll it backwards I know it’s in neutral cause I can start it here is the kicker it drives just fine it goes forward I don’t know what’s wrong hopefully someone knows

 

May want check rear brake cables,brake cam maybe stuck or rear brake shoes has came apart and lodged between the drum on the front side
