400R vs Banshee

I was wondering if anyone has experience with the 250R stroker kits and how they compare to a Banshee with similar displacment. FTZ has a 400 kit and PSI has one that will pump it up to 425. I am looking for a comparison running gas not alcohol. Also how does the CT 350 kit run and hold up?
