I have an 87' 250X I have a supertrapp racing pipe but i had to take it off because it was too loud . I need to know what is a good complete exhaust that offers good power gains but isn't too loud . I also need it to be adjustable because I am going to do some racing (spark arrestor too) Any sugguestions ?

Try the suppertrap E.A.R. series. You probly have the IDS on now. I've been told the E.A.R. series are quiet and they are adjustable. Also they have a spark arrestor.

Try the White Brothers E-series. Complete system gives a 300ex 7+ horsepower. To make it quiter you can get the "Quiet Core" which will cost you around $15 I think. I only have the slip on. I'm not sure if it will work, but I would call FMF and ask if their "Powerbomb" header pipe worked with stock mufflers. If so, get that head pipe and the E-series slip on. It will cost you more money but if you plan on racing it is a good idea.
