How much will a cam add top-end wise & what will it cost? thanks

 

james lucky has 2 diffrent cams for the 300ex. they are both priced the same. one is a race cam which requires you to also replace the valve springs, and one is a mild cam which you can just drop in. jlatvproducts.com

I'm sure someone on this forum has tried one or the other. I would also like to know what kind of gains they recived.
