My 250ex hit 52mph on the road. I can ride wheelies up to fourth gear. 250ex's are as fast as 300ex's on the top end speed did you know that?

Got one for my wife last weekend. I bought a Recon in October of 96, and later traded up to a Rancher, so I knew what to expect, or so I thought.

What an awesome quad. Now I know that there are faster quads, and it's by no means gonna set any records or win races, but I was throughly surprised at my first ride.

I agree, the wheelies pull real easy, through 3rd gear. It is quick working through the gearing. Slides easily, and has great responce. My wife loves it, and it should be more than enough bike for her, and my daughters, when they outgrown their Alpha 50.

I know that Honda took a lot of flack, especially from this forum, when it was introduced becasue everyone was wanting a 650; but the 250ex was a great addition to their product line. I plan on adding a Trailtech spedo/computer to it later this summer, as well as Maier handgaurds and a K&N filter, but that's about it.

Love the quad, and I expect to ride it as much as my wife.

Screaming I've had mine since the first of the year, guess what no dislikes so far. I've just started riding and for a 1st timer it's a good starter, but it is very light in the front. P.S. does anybody make a pipe for it yet?

Ive had my 250 EX for about 4 months now. I love it. So far ive put the K&N filter on it and i have the K&N jet kit on backorder. This is a great lil bike and for those of us who have had it a little while , very little maintanance to boot. Waiting for White Brothers to come out with a pipe for this bike and waiting for Outerwears to make an air box filter. Enjoy you bike bro cause I sure am. Ride on 250's.

Take back that 250EX and get a 300EX cause the 250EX has that OHV motor in it and wont last over 5 months before falling apart. Trust me my 2 younger brothers has one. 1 motor broke apart 5 months after he got it and the other broke down 6 months after he got it ! them OHV motors arnt no good trust me my brothers just spend there money on nothing !!!
