I have a 88 Honda 250x, what mods should I have done? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

 

If I were you, I would start out with a K&N Filter and an outerwear and a performance exaust and re-jet the carb.

 

Depends on what type of riding you intend on doing.

 

I mostly just ride on local trails but I would still like the performance because I sometimes go down to the local track.

 

To start you off you could get an aftermarket pipe, air filter, cam, and play around with the gearing. Those will all give you a noticeable increase in power. If you're not satisfied with that (like I was) you can get into the engine and really make it scream.
