I need some help. I just had some motor work done (11:1 piston, XR400 cam), and I need some carb jets. I have a Dynojet kit, but the biggest jet in the kit is a 170. My 400EX runs lean with the 170. I was wondering if Dynojet would carry single jets that are bigger than a 170. Something like a 180, 185, 190, etc. would be nice to have. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to your honda dealer and ask for them, you can buy them separatly of the kit. The kit you bought is for stage 1 motors with ends at 170. Since your motor is modified, you need another kind of kit, or like I said, you can buy separate jets.

Well, the only thing wrong with that is that I don't know what size Honda jet the carb would take. The Dynojet jets are different than stock, and I'm wanting to stay with them. Hopefully I can get some from Dynojet.

Well, my engine builder did just that, and they should be here Monday. He ordered everything from a 175 up to the biggest Dynojet carries (210). Do you all think this is normal for the machine mods, my elevation, etc.? Could there be a possible leak somewhere? I doubt there is, but should we try a leak-down test just in case? All help is appreciated.
