I trying to find a K&N air filter for my 250ex. I read a forum and the guy said he bought a filter for the 250ex but i can't find one. Anyone now where I can buy one??[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

Rocky Mountain carries them. Sorry, I don't have a phone number handy, but they advertise a lot in the magazines and they have a web site. It's the same filter as the Recon.

 

Maybe the 250 and Recon filters are NOT exactly the same?? Looking at Rocky Mountains (1-800-336-5437) catalog, the numbers (these are K&N numbers) are HA-2597A and HA-2597 respectively. The airboxes look identical and it's the same engine. So I don't know??

 

I'm pretty sure they are the same but call Honda and ask are just call your dealer thay should be able to tell you.

 

The Recon and 250ex have the same air filter, i found that out on k&n's website. I frogot the url, but just look up k&n at google.com, and it will take you to k&n's website. There you can find the filter # that you need. I also look up that filter # online at google.com, and there is a number of places you can get it, it is like 50-60 bucks.

 

Rocky Mountain Atv has them for the Honda 250ex. I bought one for mine it cost me $35.00 plus shiping.
