The other day I saw some stupid guy take out his 250R motor and put a 200X engine in the 250R frame.Whats up with that?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

more than likely it was for his wife. They have reverse and auto clutch. Perfect for a girl who doesn't want to mess with clutch or getting off to turn it around. Plus it has good suspension and handling. I know of a 200 in a 400EX frame. It's pretty slick.

 

I know of a guy with an xr 600 motor in his 250R and his wife rides it too! Much more torque and very easy to ride because it is an R.

What the heck? Not only does the 200X not have reverse, it is not an auto clutch. Someone doesn't know what they are talking about.

 

i have seen the thing run in reverse and no clutch. maybe i'm talking about a different 200. or maybe.... but i know that you don't have to use a clutch and it has reverse. and electric start.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

you might be thinking of a 200sx. a 200X is a three wheeler. it has kick start, manual transmission, and no reverse. i have ridden one many times.
