Chain's tight, now what??
#1
Thanks, Guys. The chain tightned right up as everyone described. BUT, the bearing carrier chain adjuster is what is broke on mine. Is this a hard replacement? Or should I just say expensive?? Looks like the yahoo previous owner tried to tighten the chain without loosening the allen bolts. Any aftermarket mods so this won't happen again? or is this a easy to find, used unit?

Check around on E-Bay and places like that. Right now there is a Lonestar Axel Carrier. The page addresss is: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1606510332
If I were you I would email the guy an offer him a reasonable about of money. I'm not sure how much that carrier is new, but you might be able to find out if you ask so other people in this forum.
