I was talking with my friends and we were trying to figure out what our favorite gear was. I know it sounds stupid but really when you think about it, it makes you wonder. A gear might be good in one situation but not another. Such as for me 2nd gear is great for wheeling but I wouldn't choose that gear to go around the woods in. I would probably have to pick 3rd gear though, I can still wheelie, barely, and it is a great gear for around the woods. What about the rest of you?

 

i usually stick in 3rd in the woods. I can still wheeilie just by gassing it

 

I've got to pick 3rd too. You can go prety fast and start out good in it too. I think my bike has stock gearing and I can make a complete stop then start out again and ride a wheelie with the clutch. 3rd spins like crazy on wet grass.

 

i also would have to say third , i can climb hills pull wheelies and its a good gear to jump with . im sure someone is going to say fifth or sixth gear even though they rearly are in fifth or sixth gear , just to sound cool like they are riding wide open all the time .

Nah, 2nd gear, I go on really rough trails.

 

2nd gear....I can catch decent air on a small MX track and wheelie like hell in the woods. I can come to nearly a stand still and just hammer the throttle w/ no clutch and fly out of corners.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Hey I love riding the woods in 2nd and 3rd gear, but ive got a big difference between the gears, but i like using 4th too it will pull up a little in the front but i dont usually get fast enough to use it continously on trails.

 

i like 2nd or 3rd but 6th is the funnest

 

4th gear bacause it is my favorite gear to hit jumps in and you can wheelie good in it too.
