Dirt wheels started the rumers ,just like they did before the 400ex come out. They even claim to have some spy shots coming up soon ,those spy photos are so suspicious that it seems to me another method that manufactures are now using to start advertising a new model before it is released. Just look at the spy photos of the raptor that dirt wheels had ,and look at the spy photos of the new grizzly, to me they looked very familiar in format that it is as if yamaha gave dirt wheels the photos. This is why i think if dirt wheels has spy photos of a 650ex it is on its way and the photos are from honda.
just my thoughts....

Of course there are rumors of a 650EX. ATV Action has the same kind of "spy photo" stuff. I have even seen rumors of a kawasaki 500cc twin cylander

Hey!! All i can say is if honda does unvail their new 650ex i hope they do it soon because i have $1,100 on a raptor and i've just completed restoring my 300ex so i can sell it, so when it sells im going to put that money and the difference down on a new 2002 raptor but i'd much rather have a new 650ex, even if it's the first year model, because I know honda has great reliability, my 300ex has been SUPER reliable, and it's 7yrs. old, it's been great!!! like frosted flakes!!!

I really don't know what to think about these magazines. They're both doing articles on the new 450EX engine. and then in their article about Honda's 2002 lineup, they make it sound like maybe both are coming out.(yeah right). whatever it is, honda has already told them. someone should call dirt-wheels and ask them how far in advance you have to order a full page ad for the back cover(or anything). hehe, then we will know how far in advance honda tells dirt wheels. i swear those mags play games with us. they know way more than they are telling us.

I want to know why these "spy photos" are always grainy & somewhat out of focus. These "spies" must be running around with a camera from the 1920's. I think you could get better pictures with a disposable Kodak!

It really makes you wonder what the value is for the mags anyway... Their shootouts are usually either incompetent, biased, or misleading. Is there any real value beyond the entertainment value and the ads themselves?
