Actually the problem is that the radiator is nothing more than a piece of twisted scrap metal. The quad was wrecked before I bought it and now I am trying to get it back into shap. Any help on where I could find a Radiator would be greatly appreciated. I watch Ebay everyday but they are far and few between. Are there any aftermarket radiators that would work.

You should give Walsh Racecraft a call. He custom builds some sick radiators, as well as other things, but anyway his radiators are made of aluminum, have built in air scoops, and are thicker than stock. Doug Gust has a walsh radiator on his DRZ400 quad, i think theres a picture of his quad in one of the last few dirt wheels. I'm sorry i cant give you his number, but ill keep looking, i gotta have it around here somewhere.
