Hey I was wandering if 250r shocks will mount correctly like the width of the part that bolts on and stuff to a raptor, I am looking for a cheap way to lower my raptor temerarily.

 

y dont you just get a lowering kit from durablue it will coast about the some and you will still keep your rapter shockes they are better than 250r susp.

will 250r shocks work on a 400ex? there are always cheap aftermarket r shocks on ebay.

 

probably because i want to know what makes the raptor shocks supirior to the 250R shocks . read my signature it says "there are no stupid questions only stupid people" id say you fall into that catagory.

 

Thanks KKKiller250X. Takes one to know one buddy. Anyway. Yes the 250R shocks will bolt right up on a 400EX. They lower the ride height about 1" though. Two of my friends have 250R shocks on their 400s and love them.

 

on my raptor, not a 400, and yes I see the "cheap" aftermarket shocks on ebay, but i dont have enough money to pay 200+ for those shocks, I can find 250r shocks dirt cheap. cheaper than the dura blue lowering kit. I dont see anything better about a raptors suspention than a 250r's other than its newer.
