If my tire size is 22-11-10 And i go down to 20-11-10 will it hurt anything. Or would I need to change sprokets or something.

from my understanding about tire size you should not have any problems downsizing the tire. although your to speed will be reduced you will have better acceloration and with smaller tires you will have a lower center of gravity making the handling better

i think

Putting smaller tires on is like putting a bigger sprocket on the back, gives it a little more low end and a little less top end, you probably won't notice much difference, if you do and don't like it you can go a couple teeth smaller on the back sproket to give it more top end.

smaller tires means a smaller gear period, either front or back, more so up front than out back. Dropping one gear up front is like dropping 3 out back, wich is like dropping a inch in tire size. All calculations are made without a calculator of course, But I could make measurements if you like.
