What are the first things i should i do to a 300ex to give it more top end speed? Its a 93 and beat pretty bad until it was rebuilt. New top end not to long ago, but the block has a small crack in it by one of the mounting bolts. Where can i get the crack in the block fixed?

 

if you want top speed change the gears . bigger up front smaller out back . 14/34 would give ALOT more top end . stock is 13/38
