Lectron Carb jetting
#2
If you are rich on bottom end/midrande take off the top of the carb and unscrew(counter clockwise) the metering rod(needle)out one full turn. Run it and keep adjusting as needed.
The metering rod used numbers like 5-1, 5-2, or 5-3. A number 5 would be leanest and 5-3 richest.
The first number is used for top end tuning. Higher the number, the more rich it is.
Do you have a power jet? If so remove the screw and take out the power jet. It is a mikuni pilot jet. Throw in a smaller sized jet to lean out top end.
