They all offer a great improvement above stock (like double its stock power).
TC426 :12hp
CT440 :12.7hp
LRD440 :12.8hp

Sorry...couldn't miss this one...
I really can't tell you since I don't even know what's in these kits. I think the stocker runs around 28hp (from mobiledyno)...expect the big to run in the 40 something...just a guess.

As a baseline, my ATV shop tells me my motor mods puts my 416EX in the low to mid 30's for HP. Drags and racing other hi-perf quads confirms this...since I can keep up with a lot of them, while leaving stock 400EX's in the dust...

Should be in the 40s. I have got 36.5 hp out of a stock bore & stroke 400 with a stock carb,38.5 with a FCR carb.

My 2 400's are pushing about 28 or 29 i would say. A well built 440 should run about 45 with good pipe and carb. a 416 in the 35-38 range. the 465 i think runs in the high 50's. maybe mids.

I have been told by a couple of engine builders that my Quadracer 250 should put out 35 -36 HP and a well built 416 like MIA's is dead on in a 1/4 drag.

I could believe the 52 hp for the 473 but you guys claiming 36.5 with a stock bore/stoke and carb, come on! You got to really work a 400ex to get that kind of HP. Don't believe these claims that pipe manufacturers advertise. A few months ago a magazine did a test on most of the top exhaust systems and the most you are going to get out of a pipe is about 2 hp. A air filter mod will give you another 2 hp. To get some really juice you got to get deep into the engine and in most cases, with heavy mods you will get low 40's. Now I'm talking about something that is reliable. You could probably build a 60 HP time bomb running alcohol and NOS but realistically low 40s is what a highly modded 400ex will get.
