i did it,,it blew up,,now i am redoing it. The problem wasn't it not being reliable, it was the kit wasn't installed right. Probably tomorrow night i will have the motor put back together and running. When it did run it was a VERY noticable improvement. I also did the XR cam which definately changed the powerband. If your going to order the kit order it from Rocky Mountain ATV. They have it the cheapest (but not for long). Keep in mind if you ever have to order replacement piston and rings, it will cost you at least $190 and you can only get them from IMS, White Brothers, and one other place. That is for the JEs. Wisecos would be cheaper.
I will post later when I get the motor broke in and some real testing on it how I like it for the short term.

I've had the 440 bore and stroke on mine for two years now and no problems and I ride hard, but I also do alot of maintenance. I think alot of the sucess is for the fact that I had Powroll do the work I didn't attempt it myself. It's more expensive my way but if it lasts longer which way really costs more. I am very happy with the change in performance and can't imagine this machine without this mod, it really brings it to life.
