kids that ride 400exs?

Im 15 and race a 400ex in the b class. Im tied for 11th in state h.s points. The quad age limits dont make any sense becasue a 7yr old can race a 80cc dirtbike with more power than a 300ex which your are supposed to be 16 to ride/race. I think i could go faster on my mtn. bike than a 90cc quad.

I am 14 and have a 300EX. I have been riding since I was 3 years old (no b.s. either) I first had a Yamaha Tri-Zinger, then a Yamaha 4-Zinger, then a Kawasaki Mojave, and now a Honda 300EX. I also have experience on my brother's dirtbike. I would also like to start racing, but there is no where to race. I would race the kids that come down my trails but they are either gone by the time I get there they are gone, or when I come out to ride with them they go somewhere else. I don't think they are scared of me because their quads are modified.

I'm 16 and own my CR and full race 300X and I bought and paid for every nut and bolt on those with my own money. Then again I've had a paying job since I was 12 and I'm currently working 2 jobs. It's nice to have the toys but man is it expensive.

My neighbor is about 15 I think, and his dad lets him ride the 400EX. He does ok. I think he has had some experience on other machines like dirtbikes and 4x4 quads.
I wouldn't get a 400EX for my first quad if I were you. If I had a kid, I would not let him on a high-perf machine unless he had quite a bit of experience on others. Although, you can get tore up pretty bad on a ATC110. (I did )
