What jets do I need?

I have a honda 250ex with a biggun race exhaust and a K&N airfilter.
Has anybody rejeted a honda 250ex? It runs fine it starts good and doesn't sputter or anything but I was wondering what jets can I run to get more power? Also I recomend BIGGUN exhasut systems mine really made a diference. Thank you
