I ride a freshly rebuilt superclean 85' 350X.

Buddie of mine just bought a new warrior.
It is a nice machine. Not flaming at all.

Was wondering why my X feels like it has twice the torque... literally.
(and im not talking about the light front end, im talking about TORQUE)

Comments?

The Warrior is 2 valve and the 350x is 4 , the warrior is a lower tech motor and has nearly twice the weight of a 350x. The 350x has alot higher tuned motor than the warrior.

It's because the X motor has both more horsepower and more torque than the Warrior. You're not just "feeling" it, it's really there!

My 350X fells like it has more torque then a 400 EX. i Think that engines made back then were a lot better then todays. But i dont know why they have more torque.

For reals, the front is light on this thing. It will whillie in third gear no problem. But thats what make it fun(chalenging). I mean anybody can ride a quad, but it takes skill to ride a trike. RR
