U should get some kind of idea from ESR themselves. If not then IF this helps My bike has a FMF gold series fatty pipe, power core 2 silencer, boyesen reeds, port and polish and a uni filter with the airbox lid on except when I race.I run a 152 main. I know everyone else runs much bigger but mine seems to run perfect with this.THe plug is a nice brown it hardly ever fouls them and has great throttle response and doesn't bog on top end.

U say kandK do U mean K&N?

Hope I helped

What size pilot are you using Ugly, FMF recommends a 58 but that seems big. Also I have the same set up as you and I use a 135 main, stange huh?

Many things affect your jetting besides what pipe/filter/reeds you have; elevation, ambient air tempertature, humidity all have an affect.
If you have an aftermarket pipe/silencer/reeds/filter, try the jet you have and see how it runs. Do your plug check. Pay no attention to what FMF says as they have no idea where you are and what other mods you have done.
