The Dealer is just now finishing my frame swap that I took in for repair back on July 14th with more info on the topic "letter to honda", My quad is currently in pieces and I have a few questions.
1. What jetting changes did you do?
2. What are the problem electrical connections that I should seal?
Just so everyone knows, Honda pretty much said "tough luck with my problems" and that 2.5 months in the shop eating my warrenty (its now up) is nothing to complain about.
Thanks, tex.

My jetting changes will be irrelevant to your quad. I now have a 550 Big Bore, Port and Polish, and a Performance Kit. With all that I am running a 155 main.

JRM,
I checked the spec on my 650. It's toe in from 0" to .79" Any more than that and they'll scuff.
Hope that helps.

My site is www.ansley.net and I got all my mods from www.highlifter.com.

As far as the toe out goes I will have to check my service manual but I believe all Honda 4x4s are around 1/4 inch toe out.
