I figured I would order some oem parts from servicehonda.com. I filled out my long list of parts, and and clicked submit, but it isn't working. Now I'm wondering what the reputation of servicehonda.com is? There prices are impressive, but the website is a bit sketchy. Anyone ever order online from there? Any problems?

I've placed multiple orders with no issues. They are a little on the slow side, though.

I order ALL my oem Honda parts from them. The only thing I dont order from them is Honda oil. Call them...forget their website. I use it to look up cost and thats it. I get all my parts in less than a week.

I just got an email from them saying that there website is down and should be up next week. I guess I'll have to call in my parts to them. That's not going to be fun since I have about 20 part numbers or so to order. thanks for the replies.

They are fast but you have to get a list of what you want and call them, their web order form leaves a lot to be desired.

Call Service Hondaat 1-800-828-5498 and ask them for their FAX number so you can just FAX the list of parts.
