Apparently Germany has a pretty active street quad scene. I wish some of that would rub off over here. Check out this site, I can't read any of the text but these machine are what dreams are made off.

You got tyo look around, I think something says personal pictures. Basically they are all over the place.

 

Why couldn't we do that here in the states? The actual convertion (blinkers, horn, street tires, tail lights) would be simple. What would you register it as?

it would probably be a motorcycle, for the size, because they have those 3 wheeled mini cars, and they are counted as a motorcycle.
