It is a 90% chance the problem with your quad is a clutch basket bushing . it will make a squeeling noise untill warmed up . this is a serious problem . you or a dealer . need to remove the clutch basket and file a groove into the bushing (for oil flow) that will solve the problem .the bushing is so tight that oil can not get into it untill the oil thins (from warming ) some ex owners clutch baskets have siezed from this problem .and its not fun fixing it once it has siezed .......good luck

OMG!! That sounds terrible! I didn't want to hear that!!! I noticed it was really loud when I started it up the other morning (about 32f degrees out).
Like I said before, it has been doing it for years, but I have been noticing it a little bit more lately.

If I get a chance this weekend I will have to open 'er up and hopefully nothing is ruined yet. I will let you know if the mod helps!
