can i use my stock lug nuts with aftermarket rims??

i am going to get some itp alum rims and i was wondering if i can use the stock lug nuts?

Yes they work fine.
I have douglas/paddles and the holes are smaller then the stock ones but if you flip the nut around it holds just fine....I know I know the book says that the little rounded edge goes inward, but that is for stock. Hope that helps

Also, BE SURE TO USE WASHERS!! The lug nuts will chew on the aluminum as you tighten them. Eventually it will build up a lip of metal, and you won't be able to pull your wheels off the bolts.

Buy new lugs and washers from Rocky Mountain ATV for about 35 cents each.

They are .55 and I wouldn't bother, not going to help one bit. If you chew up your stock ones then order them but till then...ehh.
