I'm looking for a cam to swap in my TRAX 300 to give it a good power boost. It's a '95 model and I'd like to at least be able to keep up with the earlier model 300s. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also has anyone heard of swapping a cam from the early model 300s into the later ones for a power boost? Thanks,

I don't think there's any difference in the cams from a 95 to 2000

 

Killer, I was talking about cams from around the '88 model year. From what I've heard Honda went with smaller and smaller cams as the years went on to decrease power some.

For the amount of work involved I think you would be better off just buying a bigger cam.Just my .02 Daryl
