Not sure about the ticking noise. Is it in the valve train area??

Did you tighten those clutch spring bolts down all the way??
(having the same trouble with my newly replaced clutch in my 350X,
but I didnt know I had to tighten them down untill the springs were completely compressed)

k i will do that to the clutch. Im not for sure where the ticking noise is comming from im tairing it down this weekend so i will find out. I just replaced the cam, piston, cylinder, valves, all gaskets, clutch discs. But my cousin was working on it and broke one of those studs on the inner plate in the clutch and we had an old motor from an 185 and we put that in it,but the 185 only has four discs and my 200x has five so............ should i go out and price a new one!!!!!
