Yes....I just bought a '00 400ex for $3300! It came with a complete set of new holeshots on ITP rims, these have never been used, the stock tires are still on the machine. I love buying atv's in Minnesota, after the first snow storm of the year! I had waited all summer, looking for a decent deal. Not trying to brag, i'm just telling you guys because my wife doesn't appreciate these important matters. Now....let the wrecking begin!!
