GAS LINE ANTI FREEZE
#5
Most gas now days already has 10% of the same stuff in it. Yes, If you put to much in it can strip the cylinder of its oil coating. that's what alcohol does is remove oil. Personaly I hate any fuel additives and use strait Unleaded. The only station in oregon and wash. that sells fuel with No Alcohol or MTBE (MTBE is another nasty canser causing additive) is Chevron.

Gas line anti-freeze is for long fuel lines that are subject to freezing (read: no heat source). Your fuel line is directly above the engine and is kept from freezing from the heat of the engine. If you are really concerned, use ethanol gasoline. It is not likely to slush up. Don't waste your money on an alcohol additive when you can get it pre-blended at the pump.
