Just came in from the garage after allingning my front end. I have an 01 4X Rancher and put a post up last week on the front end appearing to be out of whack( visually by standing in front and looking at each front tire with respect to the rear ones). Well thank you first to all who replied. I went with the String method that was suggested to me from BC450 and was quite surprised at what I found. Honda recomends a 1/4"toe out. They were 1 1/8" on one side and 7/8" on the other side. That is a considerable amount compared to 1/4". I adj. and went for a ride both on tar and through the woods. I could notice the diference. Much easier to turn and handle. So, I really dont know if the dealer checks this to closly when the assemble each quad, but If I were anyone reading this I would check it out using this method. It wont hurt and It is an easy adj. Check out my post from a week or so ago to get the full details that BC450 had been so kind to write. Sorry so long.

Ryan
