Someone please give me some info on the proper process of porting & polishing a head from a 400ex. Details are greatly appreciated!

no i had a local guy that builds race car engines do it for me &im wanting to double check to see if he did it correctly. Its still alittle rough, i thought it would be alot smoother, I dont think it was done right.
