I'm running a 400ex with a Web "race" cam and 11:1 je piston, porting. I'm going to be running the stock carb. Anyone have any idea where i should even start with this? What are some of you running on your Pilot jet, main jet and needle jet. Any help be greatly appreciated

Go up 3 sizes on the main, 2 sizes on the pilot, leave the needle alone. I cant remember the numbers but thats what worked for me.
