Anybody know an e-mail address for Honda Customer Service or someone in safety?

 

Do not know one, but what happened that you would need to talk to their safety devision?

 

Just wanted to ask some questions concerning the lack of a brake light on the Honda ATV's

 

you'd think that be manditory for the SAFETY of the SPORT...heck when I bought my 01' rancher I just assumed it had one and you no what that means. Come on Honda. I don't know if its standard yet on the 2003's

Try www.honda.com Then go to motorcycles. ATV info is contained there. You will probably be able to hook up with at least someone who can send you in the right direction.

 

There are no emails on their site.

 

I'm pretty sure you can sign up to receive e-mail from Honda, but Texmud is correct, you cannot e-mail them.
Not very customer friendly.

 

Honda doesnt post a phone number or email address because they dont care and dont want to hear about customers problems.....why else wouldnt they? Lack of funds to pay for a 1-800 number? or an Email Address? Good luck dealing with them......

 

The only one i could find was for the human resource dept. at Honda research and development. You could give it a try though. emp@oh.hra.com
