i will be getting my uncles 250X in the spring and i was wondering what ya would think about it. i will have approximently 2500 to invest in it.
it needs a new top end and axle. it has new holeshot tires on itp offset rims, how much do yall think i can get for them.

what kind of gearing should i use for trail riding



This is what i plan to order for it

1.Black maier plastic
2.Carbon fiber wheels on back with Razrs and Razrs on front on .190 Douglass wheels
3.Pro Circuit T-4 silencer
4.Renthal Handle bars with Renthal grips

 

I wouldn't waste my money on the caron fiber rims unless your gonna be racing on a pro level with it.

Well, what kind of riding are you gonna be doing with it? You gotta tell us that before we can recomend stuff.

WOW, those would be worth more than the 250x its self.

i love the all black look. and the carbon fiber wheels give me that. i told you i will be doing trail riding and hill climbing.

how much could i get for the holeshots and rims.

 

you should buy my 250X, that thing screams for a 250.....it's all new too. click for pics in my profile.

 

Oh yeah....don't ever buy maier plastic either!...JUNK in my opinion
