Rubicon Power Kit Help?

I need help on some information on a Honda Rubicon Monster Power Kit by highlifter. It comes with a Jet Kit, Air Filter, and a new pipe. Will i notice an increase in power?

You will notice a lot of low end power. It will NOT add any top end power. I have had the kit of since before it was released and love it.
