The "IN" stands for intake, make sure that side goes towrads the intake when you put a new piston in, or you'll be spending some serious $$$ to fix it. Honda used "ART" brand pistons, it could be stock bore, eaiest thing to do is take the cylinder and piston to a shop, have them measure it for you, then order a new piston .010 over whatever bore it is now, then have the cylinder bored to have proper fit.
