garyc400ex... so you are telling me a stock banshee is leaving you in a 300ft drag race? if so you need to come to oklahoma and look me up. i will prove it to you... by the way i do have radar gun and time and time again the banshee will only run 68 to 70. there is something else i know... a banshee will not even come close on motocross track. the banshee cant get the power to the ground. if you are a good rider you might be able to taste the dirt from the 400ex.

OK, carefully read my previous message. Now you see that I am not saying that a Banshee leaves a 400ex in a 300ft. drag race. All I was saying is the Banshee (assuming in correct mechanical order)
will drive on around the stock 400ex after getting hooked up. Now about the radar gun. If you say you have a radar gun and the speeds are not about the same as mine then what can I say? Assuming that the radar unit that you are using is correct, I hate it that your ride is slower than mine. I definately know that mine runs what I say (because I am actually being clocked by a police officer with his radar detecter that is used and calibrated daily). I agree a banshee will not keep up on the track. The 400ex is a much better ride. Now you are gonna say that I must come out there and you will at least out run me by half of the distance that we will race. Cancel everything you have going on tomorrow and stand at the front door while holding your breath till I get there. I am on my way right now! Seriously!

Hey 400exalltheway. I've got a question for you is 80 pounds going to make 10mph difference on a four-wheeler, I think not. Maybe 68 or possibly 70, but there is noway it is going to make that much of a difference. I NEED PROOF!!!

We have the same setup except I have a stock Pilot
Jet, no airbox lid, and a 87mm (.080 over) JE piston kit installed. Do you run the stock gearing? Note: The speeds I spoke of in earlier posts was when my ride was stock, I have not had a chance to get a top speed on it since.

Hehe, haha, hohoho.... Whew!.. Duster, I see you have been partaking in the wacky green again....

Why not just come out and say it, a Mojave will beat a 400EX, or maybe a Yamaha Breeze, or how about an ATC70 or a Fat Cat. Hehehe.

A clapped out Warrior, not a chance in H3LL. Now I see why your buddy, RacerX, sold his 400EX and got a Scrambler, he didn't know how to get it out of 1st!

You do realize a Brand New Warrior in stock form only puts out about 17hp and a 400EX about 28, don't you? Oh yeah, the dyno won't be accurate on a Warrior because it's got reverse. Hehehe.

It's gonna take a LOT more than a tooth lower on the front to make up the difference. I would also like to know how gearing a bike down increases the top speed, there are probably a lot of race teams in different motorsports that would like you to let them in on how to break various laws of mathematics and physics like that as well.

Yes, I have raced Warriors with mine. No, the races weren't even close enough to be called races.

Maybe your buddy got taken and bought a 300EX with 400EX stickers on it, that would explain it!

You reveal more in each and every post.

Warriers run about 24 HP stock, not 17
Blasters run about 17 hp
