250r exaust

I was wondering if any of you 250r fanatics could tell me the best exaust to put on my 89 "R"? most horspower? best for mx? Thanks for any suggestions.

every pipe has its own personalitybut you might want to look into a CT, ESR or LRD

I've tried a lot of pipes on my R's and the one I like best is the Paul Turner midrange pipe. It not only produces great low to mid power but it also rev's out on top as well. I would strongly suggest this pipe with the fat boy silencer.

Well IF my 250R ever runs again I will tell you about the ESR TRX5 pipe, I bought one but my 250R doesn't even run so I can't tell you much about it.

Thanx for the replies. Has any of you heard anything aboout the Curtis Sparks pipes?

I like the paul turner pipes as well. The eliminator is the closest pipe you can get to the paul turner type 46. Check out www.motomallusa.com for a pipe dyno test.
