right now the stock bars are bent, and they bend too much for my taste. I might be choosing out an aluminum handlebar. Which are the best? remember, i dont want something that will break on me, but not too costly.

Renthals or Tags. "CR-Hi" bend for woods and "CR-Lo" bend for moto cross.

If money is tight, look at the alum. bars offered by Moose. They run about 60.00 from a dealer and are just good as quality as any of the other guys. The Moose bars will not include a crossbar pad. Where the Renthals and Tags do come with one.

Great bars, but they fall under the "costly" part of the topic in this case. Those bars require 1" handlebar clamp adaptors. Unless you are getting them through some discount mail order house, the bars and mounts will cost at least 150.00

Yep, Renthal's. I've used Fly brand bars on my CR and Mojave, they bent fast. I like Pro Tapers, but if I remember correctly they are expensive.
