Why do you keep posting the same questions over and over?

Micky,
If I was you I would stay away from the low powered 400EX and go with the new 750EX.
One went by me on the Raptor yesterday and he just waved as he went by and I just couldn't keep up.

Iv ridden a 400ex... This is how it goes.

1st gear - has no power and you have to shift into 2nd because its got no power, and the fly wheel sucks for slow obstacles.
2nd gear - goes about 10mph, and still goes a little slow.
3rd gear - takes about 1 seconds to shift into 4th.
4th gear - by this time your going 70mph
5th gear - WATCH OUT FOR THAT MASSIVE TORQUE THAT WILL JUST BURN ALL OTHER QUADS UNCLUDING THE QUADZILLA! WHEN YOUR IN 5TH GEAR, THE WHOLE THING JUST CAT WALKS IF YOU DONT KEEP EASY ON THE THOROTTLE! Im not getting a 400ex because of the safety warnings all over it "try not to exceed 4th gear, safety permits this, but is also dangerous, stay cautious of the thorottle"
And when your top speed, its about 105mph.

thunderpower, where did you get that highly accurate info? ha!
I'm assuming you are being sarcastic.

1-3 gears have plenty of power and rev out well. 4th and 5th you notice it doesen't rev as fast, but they are geared higher. top speed is more like 65mph

quadzilla wow!!!!!!

I have had one it very dependable you cant go wrong with one if you get a raptor you will have it in the shop most of the time if you ride it hard. I beat my 400 and it just keeps going. If you have a lot of *** like me you can bring the front tires of the ground in 5th gear. but a normal person can bring it up in 4th. Thats bone stock 1st 2nd and 3rd are very throttle responsive gears and very easy to bring the front tires up.
