400ex jetting

Looking for info for a friend. He has a 00 400ex with a White Bros. e-series (s-bend) slip-on running 7 disc, & uni filter air filter. Looking for jetting info. Elevation about 0 to 600'.Any help would be great Thanks in advanced.

We just installed a 158 main on a friends 400 but it has air box holes and the baffle taken out only at 2200 ft. I would guess you would be in the 170 range.

Out of all you 400ex guy none of you have rejetted ?

I would recommend running a 155 main at or close to sea level. Also, you will need to either cut some holes in your airbox lid or remove it completely. Good luck

Run a 160 mian jet and a 42 pilot jet. Also take off the airbow lid. This is the setup my friend has and he can run right with me and I have a dyno-jet jet kit.
